The menus in this collection were acquired by Tommy Gelinas and the Valley Relics Museum from many sources over a period of twenty years.
The collection is cataloged to item level. Alison Turtledove initially processed and researched the collection in 2015. Sarah Glover conducted additional research and compiled the finding aid in June 2016 .
