San Fernando, CA. Chapel, Olive View Sanatorium (14445 Olive View Dr., Sylmar; Olive View (UCLA Medical Center today). Olive View was opened in 1920 in order to quarantine and treat tuberculosis patients, often by very aggressive means. In the 1980s, it became a modern medical center. I cannot find any specific information on the chapel.
