Description
Menu from Talk of the Valley, a continental restaurant located at 6842 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, on the second floor of the Valley Federal Building. Part of the Lou Evans family of restaurants. Lou’s son Dave Evans became the host of the White Horse Inn in Northridge (17710 Roscoe Blvd.; DI 3-1985). His son Tony Evans became host of the classy Talk of the Valley, which opened in September 1965. This is a black and red luncheon menu and contains a paper insert with the chef’s Daily Specials.
