Menu from P.C.’s Talk of the Valley, a continental restaurant located at 6842 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, on the second floor of the Valley Federal Building. In early 1972, Ridley Billick bought the Talk of the Valley from Dave Evans (not Tony Evans). It seems the restaurant then changed hands yet again sometime after 1977, becoming P.C.’s. This is a paper typeset luncheon menu in a plain gold plastic binder.
