Menu from Starlite and Kester Place, a family restaurant located at 7727 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood / Kester Family Restaurant, 14860 Vanowen (at Kester), Van Nuys. Starlite Lanes bowling alley opened in August 1958, and the Starlite restaurant/coffee shop shared the same address. Kester Place opened in circa 1967. This combo menu is the earliest, based on the prices. The menu is a dark orange color, with a sans serif font on cover. Contains three chef’s specials inserts on gold paper.
