Starlite Lanes bowling alley opened in August 1958, and the Starlite restaurant/coffee shop shared the same address. Kester Place opened in circa 1967. This combo menu is later than VR/GM/22, based on the prices. The menu is a medium orange color, with a serif font on cover. Chef’s specials inserts are missing.
