Menu from T-Bow’s Mandarin Diner, a Chinese restaurant located at 21929 South Saticoy St., Canoga Park (Topanga Canyon and Saticoy). This location was owned in the 1960s by Roy Thibault (pronounced T-bow), who operated a coffee shop (T-Bow’s Coffee Shop / T-Bow’s Tumpty Humpty Dumpty House of Eggs). It became a Chinese restaurant in circa 1971, and kept the T-Bow’s moniker.
