Menu from François, a French/Continental restaurant located at 18373 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana. In 1955, this location was Mandal’s Café. In 1958, it was the Silver Platter Restaurant. In 1959-60, it was the Cork ‘n’ Dyne Restaurant. In 1961, it was the London Broil Restaurant. By 1964, it had become François, which lasted until at least 1974. In 1977, it was a fried fish/chicken restaurant called Fin ‘n’ Wing. In the early 2000s, it was Sushi Tsune and Little Sister Sushi. As of November 14, 2015, it is a Japanese/Korean restaurant called Tou Hen Bok.
