Menu from The Cheesecake Factory, a family restaurant with a number of Valley locations as of 2015: Westfield Topanga Mall, Woodland Hills; and Sherman Oaks Galleria, Sherman Oaks. The menu is from the Marina del Rey location, which opened in 1983. In 1972, the family that would open the Cheesecake Factory was running a wholesale bakery in Woodland Hills. In 1978 their son David Overton opened the first Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills. The chain is still very popular today.
