Plantation Pies large pie menu. The bakery and family restaurant was located at 19415 Victory Blvd., Reseda. In 1960, this location was Valley Sales discount store. Plantation Pies (and Coffee Shop) opened in February 1965. By September of that year, it was Plantation Restaurant-Delicatessen, with a new phone number and no mention of “pies to-go” in the ad. By October, it was “under new management.” By 1968, it was Spic’n Span Delicatessen and Restaurant. In 1973, it was the Just Delicious Restaurant. In 1976, it was Sew and Save, a discount fabric store.
