Menu from Mort’s Deli, a Jewish Deli located at 18452 Clark St., Tarzana (north of Ventura and Reseda). Mort’s Deli opened in 1968. The original owner, Mort Medway, ran the business until 2012, when he passed it on to his manager of 27 years, Lana Pavick, and her “companion” Gary Drexler, who both vowed not to change anything. Mort’s is still open as of November 2015.
