Fabulous San Fernando Valley
Van Nuys Boulevard—Heart of Van Nuys business district. Van Nuys, born as a town site on Washington’s Birthday, 1911, is now a thriving prosperous community of well over 100,000. In addition to being located in almost the exact geographic center of the famous San Fernando Valley, like the hub of a wheel, with 16 other friendly neighboring communities surrounding it, recent census surveys have shown that the population center of the entire state is located at Van Owen and Van Nuys Boulevards, in the center of the city.
