Valley Relics Museum and Event Space Cancellation and Refund Policy
Every Booking is our commitment to make the space available to a Guest who has paid a deposit upfront upon confirmation. When Guests cancel Bookings, Valley Relics ability to book the space during that time becomes increasingly difficult as other interested Guests may have already made other plans. Nonetheless, plans may change, requiring Guests or cancel Bookings on occasion.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") covers all cancellations or refunds for Fees paid. Both Guests and Valley Relics agree that they are subject to and will comply with the terms, conditions, and procedures of this Policy when cancelling a Booking.
You must agree to this Policy, as part of the booking agreement, to use our services. Please read this Policy carefully. You may not use our services if you do not agree to this Policy.
Guests may cancel Bookings up to 72 hours after the Booking is confirmed by Valley Relics and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 1 week (168 hours) before the scheduled start time of the Booking (“Start Time”). All cancellations must be submitted through email (email@example.com). Bookings made one week or less in advance of the Start Time or cancellations made more than 72 hours after confirmation of the Booking will incur a cancellation charge that includes the Processing Fee and a proportion of the price paid for the Booking (collectively a “Cancellation Fee”) as follows:

Refunds to Guests will be applied after the cancellation is finalized. Where Guests cancel a portion of a multi-day Booking, the Fees and refunds will only apply to the specific dates cancelled. Guests may be able to update a Booking time without penalty where Valley Relics agrees to the new timing.
