Mar-Lin-Do Lanes bowling alley was owned by Jim Redini and opened some time in the late 1950s. As well as bowling lanes, there was a cocktail bar and a billiard room. It closed on August 31, 1984, and was torn down and replaced by an apartment complex.

By 1973, the Gaszynskis had sold Michael’s Canoga Inn to Christian Bernaert, who hired Belgian chef Robert Lambert in 1974 and introduced a Belgian focus to the cuisine.
